KF3 MSA Super 1 Series, Round 4, Rowrah

This race was Round 4 of the KF3 MSA Super 1 Series held at the Rowrah circuit,in Cumbria. It took place over the weekend of 18th - 20th June 2010. Events over the course of the weekend proved how challenging the sport can be, but Struan was able to show his skill on both days of racing, in often testing times, and maintained his place of 15th overall in the championship out of 25 still competing.

Pro Perfomance

Pro Performance is a sports science consultancy based in the UK. They specialise in preparing racing drivers for competition. They deal with the science behind the sport. Struan has regular sessions, measuring his progress and dealing with all aspects of performance including nutrition and sports psychology.
